Request a Survey
Tell us about your service, site and deliverables in four short steps. We review every request before responding.
Information that helps us scope a survey
Purpose of the survey
What decision or design will the data support? For example, a road alignment, a building design, an excavation permit or an asset register. The purpose drives the method and level of detail.
Location and boundary
A site address, a map pin or a KML/KMZ boundary, and the approximate area or corridor length. Even a marked-up screenshot of an online map helps.
Existing information
Previous survey drawings, control or benchmark details, utility records and site plans avoid repeating work and help tie new data to what already exists.
Deliverables and formats
The outputs your team needs, such as CAD drawings, coordinate lists, point clouds, GIS layers or a report, and the software or format they will be used in.
Coordinate system and datum
If the project already uses a coordinate system or height datum, tell us. If not, we can advise on a suitable choice before work starts.
Access and constraints
Working hours, permits, traffic, security procedures, live operations or restricted areas all affect how fieldwork is planned.
What happens after you submit
Your request is recorded
Every submission is saved with a reference number, shown on screen straight away. Keep it handy: quoting it in calls, WhatsApp messages or emails lets the team find your details immediately.
Scope review
A member of the technical team reads the requirement, site location, extent and requested deliverables, and looks at any drawings or photographs you attached.
Clarification
If anything affects the method or effort, such as access, site conditions, the coordinate system or the required level of detail, we contact you by your preferred method to clarify it before proposing a scope.
Proposal or quotation
Once the scope is clear, we send a proposal describing the recommended method, deliverables, assumptions and limitations, together with a quotation for that agreed scope.
Scheduling the work
After the proposal is accepted, fieldwork is planned around your programme, site permissions and safety requirements, and the delivery format is confirmed.
Services you can request
- Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) Survey — Non-destructive subsurface investigation using electromagnetic pulses to identify reflections from buried features, interfaces and anomalies, interpreted from radargrams.
- DGPS Survey — Satellite positioning with differential corrections to establish control points, transfer coordinates and position alignments, ground control and site features in a defined coordinate system.
- Total Station Survey — Angle and distance measurement with an electronic total station for control networks, detail surveys, setting-out and level transfer on construction and infrastructure sites.
- Topographical Survey — Measurement of ground levels, contours and natural and built features, tied to control and delivered as CAD drawings and terrain models for planning and design.
- LiDAR Survey — Laser-based capture of dense three-dimensional point clouds for terrain models, surface models, contours and feature extraction across sites and corridors.
- GIS Survey and Mapping — Collection, georeferencing, structuring and validation of spatial data so that assets, land and infrastructure can be mapped, queried and analysed in a GIS.
